In 1999 Phillip was invited to join esprit UK as a Contracts Manager. He quickly established himself as a valued member of the management team and was promoted to Director in 2004. Following the recent company restructure, Phillip proudly accepted his new role as MD of esprit UK. He now oversees and ensures that day-to-day operations and procedures are continually developed and find-tuned to suit individual client needs. Over the past 16 years he has built an enviable reputation with many of esprit’s key clients, through his commitment to high standards and a positive ‘can do’ approach. Robert was a founder member of esprit Midland Limited back in 1996. His extensive experience within the fit-out sector and involvement in the development of esprit, has placed him perfectly for his new role as MD of our manufacturing facility esprit Midland and our newly-formed electrical company esprit Services Ltd. Robert’s site management background has proved invaluable to esprit and his practical knowledge is consistently called upon by clients and staff alike. Having been with esprit from the very start Robert has played an important part in developing the long-standing partnerships with key clients. His particular strengths lie in the specialist projects involving significant structural changes and high-end finishes. One of Robert’s primary objectives is to identify further opportunities to expand and develop esprit’s production capabilities through our modern and fully-equipped production facility esprit Midland. The further development of our new electrical company esprit Services Ltd is in very safe hands.
